Fresh off the success of their 2013 third lp Oscillations of a Beast and on early parole for good behavior, the Oscillating Fan Club have stuck their collective anthropomorphic rotating groundhog neck up out of the post-atomic bunker to see what has changed in the world in the past 9 years. Nope! Doesn’t look like anything happened…but what’s new with the band?


I’m glad you asked! Forged from molten lava, cat fur, beast bones, teeth, and feverish dreams, the Oscillating Fan Club and Outer Limits Lounge Records bring you Carl, a phantasmagorical vision of the future—or is it present or past? Existential crises have never sounded this good with reverb drenched and fuzzed guitars, explosive drums, fanciful bass, themes of love, loss, acceptance, the apocalypse etc and a host of adventurous, exciting sounds waiting to be explored. 


Part homage to the titular feline gracing its cover, part decoded rescue message transmitted from an unknown dimension, the band is back with new psychedelic garage visions for the whole nuclear family.
